We ship via U.S. Postal Service or UPS Ground depending upon weight of package.  All packages shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam & U.S. Virgin Islands ship via U.S. Postal Service. UPS 2- Day and UPS Next Day delivery requires that your order be placed no later than 1:30 PM ET to be shipped the same day that the order is placed. Orders placed after 1:30 PM ET will ship the following business day. Orders are shipped Mon-Fri only.

UPS 2-Day and Next Day Delivery services are subject to additional shipping charges which will be confirmed on your order during checkout. Promotional offers for discounts on shipping charges only apply to our standard ground delivery service. 

In-stock items will typically take from 7-10 Business Days to be received for shipments within the continental United States. For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam & U.S. Virgin Islands, please allow 10-15 Business Days for delivery.

For those items out-of-stock, backordered items may take up to 2-3 weeks to be received as these items become available and will be shipped without any additional shipping charges.

Exchange/Return Policy 

If You are not 100% satisfied with any item ordered from us, we will accept its return within 30 days of receipt.  Please follow the steps found on your invoice.  All items must be in their original condition with original tags attached.  Embroidered, laundered, engraved, silk-screened, worn or altered items may not be returned (NO EXCEPTIONS)  We do not issue refunds on postage, shipping and handling.  Customer is also responsible for the return shipping costs.
